Guiding those who are ready to dive deep, take radical self-responsibility, who are ready and committed to take back their power, as we bridge the gab between the birth world and somatics to guide mamas back to their bodies, their truth, shifting the power of birth back to the birthing people. I have been on a healing journey as long as I can remember; always feeling like something was missing. When I found sacred feminine spiritual embodiment, I found the path back to myself and realized that what I was missing all along was right within myself - ME. When I got pregnant my journey of self-discovery and connection grew deeper. During Labor and Birth of my lovely daughter I realized Birth was my passion.

Now I am determined to bring balance to the birth world. To remind women that the answers they seek are deep within them. There is no need to fear birth. Through my transformative mentorship program Arise Mama, I guide women as they reconnect with themselves and transform their fear around Labor and Birth into Empowered Freedom. 

I am here to shift the power of birth back to the birthing people by bridging the gap between the world of Birth and the world of Somatics (of, relating to, or affecting the body).
I am here to redefine the word "power" and heal the negative beliefs around it to a more empowering and positive force to harness for transformation. 

I am here to hold space for you as you learn to transform the frequency of fear into Love.

I fit my schedule around my daughter, not the other way around.

I was born in Ireland and raised in Luxembourg.

I speak 4 languages.

I have only been in the States for 11 years.

I have lived in 4 countries and on 2 continents.

I LOVE travelling, Crystals, Water and Trees.
